Shipping policy

Processing Time All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once fulfilled, domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Total delivery time is generally 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at staff@alienoutdooradventures.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
